Copie Rodriguez

Based in Bergen County, New Jersey, Copie Rodriguez is a mixed-media artist whose work reflects the rhythms and realities of urban life. Through portraits and cityscapes, Copie highlights the beauty and tension of everyday existence.

Copie holds a BFA from Pratt Institute, grounding their practice in both fine arts and design.

Their work seeks to spark reflection, inspire change, and celebrate real life—encouraging viewers to slow down, look closer, and connect with the world around them.

A painting once rejected by a gallery was later acquired by a museum—a testament to the staying power of Copie’s work.

I hosted a small get together for my daughter’s tenth birthday and I couldn’t be happier.

We recently held a team-building event at Asbury Park Art Club and had a fantastic experience. The venue has a cool, artsy seaside vibe and aesthetic that sets a creative tone. Our small group of 7 made Découpage Seashells, which is a seasonal project. Karen and her staff were very attentive throughout the process, providing guidance to our group and ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s the perfect space for a small group seeking a unique experience.
