Come check out the Art Supply Thrift Shop at Asbury Park Art Club. It’s filled with donated paints, paper, fabric, yarn, brushes, tools—you name it. Everything is priced to keep creativity accessible, and every item has a second chance at becoming something amazing.
We’re all about creative reuse, keeping good supplies out of landfills and getting them into the hands of people who’ll actually use them.
We're accepting donations of new or gently used materials—think paint, brushes, paper, yarn, fabric, tools, beads, kits, and more. Everything should be clean, usable, and ready for its next creative life.
Drop off smaller items (bag or box size) during open hours. Got something bigger? Email us at reuse@asburyparkartclub.com to schedule a time.

AMAZING!! Beautiful store and very lovely staff. Everyone was so kind and the service was impeccable. The music and the decor all around the store was also such a great touch. Had the best time here!!
Karen was so patient as my partner and I looked over their Art a la carte selection and attentive throughout each step of our creative process. Self directed but with friendly advice employees always ready to offer a hand, extra materials, and answer questions. We were so surprised to find they had only been open for 2 weeks because the whole process went so smoothly. I can't wait to visit Asbury Park again so we can do it again!
A fun new Addition to our area after art cafes became popular in NYC in the last couple years.
The space contains a small shop area featuring clothing and other small trinkets and a separate area for the art studio.
The a la carte art options ranged from around $15 to $35 and from painting to collaging. There’s even a bead bar if you’re making a bracelet. We had a fun time with what we chose!
It’s an expensive outing with more than a couple people, but I will definitely be returning and like supporting local places like this!
Such a gem! The space is beautiful, inspiring and filled with local artwork. They also have an art thrift shop where you can find unique treasures and supplies at great prices. The art cafe is such a creative concept that offers a menu of fun art projects. This place is a true creative hub and a fantastic addition to the neighborhood.
