Know Before You Book
Get your friends ready for a hands-on art experience that sparks creativity and connection. Perfect for celebrating milestones or enjoying a fun group activity, Art à la Carte makes it easy to create together.
Please note: this is a shared space experience—you’ll be making art alongside other guests.
To reserve the entire studio privately, you must book for groups of 25 or more.

Group Booking Details
Great For:
Birthdays, team outings, family get-togethers, or just a creative day with friends.
Group Size:
Designed for 5–25 guests. All attendees must be active participants in the art-making experience.
Supervision:
Children must be accompanied by an adult who is also participating.
Food & Drinks:
Feel free to bring snacks and non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy during your session. Please bring your own cups, plates, napkins, and utensils—we’ve got the art supplies covered.
Booking & Budget Options
- Art Menu Pricing: Projects range from $15–$85 per person, depending on your selection.
- Want a Set Price? Choose our Prix-Fixe Creative Menu at $45 per person—great for simplifying group budgets.
- Deposit: A $25 per person deposit is required to secure your spot. This amount will be applied toward your total on the day of your visit.
When booking, please select your maximum expected number of attendees so we can reserve the right amount of space for your group.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our deposit refund policy works:
7+ days in advance: Full refund
4–6 days in advance: 50% refund
Less than 72 hours: Deposit is non-refundable
To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us directly.
Booking Terms & Notices
• Your group will share the studio space unless you've booked for 25 participants.
• All attendees must be paying, participating guests.
• No outside instructors, vendors, or performances allowed without prior approval.
• Asbury Park Art Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, deposits will be fully refunded or credited.
• By booking, you agree to follow all studio guidelines and respect our shared creative space.

Reservations are not required but highly recommended. Space is limited and booking in advance guarantees your spot. Groups of 4 or more should definitely book to ensure you can sit together.

Art à la Carte is self-guided by design, but you’re never on your own. Each project comes with instructions and many include how-to videos. Plus, our team is always nearby to lend a hand.
Plans change—we get it. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone else.
We’re dog lovers! Well-behaved pups are usually welcome, but please let us know in advance so we can make sure it’s a good fit for the space.
