Skip the one-size-fits-all activity. At Asbury Park Art Club, each guest can choose the project they’re most excited to make, so everyone gets a creative experience that feels personal.
Art à la Carte group bookings are designed for people who want to spend time together without requiring everyone to do the same thing. Guests can choose from a menu of creative projects, gather their materials, and make at their own pace. Our team is available to help along the way, and no art experience is needed.
Whether your group wants to paint, collage, make jewelry, work with clay, or try something completely different, everyone can find a project that feels right for them.
We will work with you to customize the menu for your occasion.
Great For:
Birthdays, team outings, bridal groups, family get-togethers, or just a creative day with friends.
Group Size:
Designed for 6–28 guests. All attendees must be active participants in the art-making experience.
Supervision:
Children must be accompanied by an adult who is also participating.
Food & Drinks:
Feel free to bring snacks and non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy during your session. Please bring your own cups, plates, napkins, and utensils - we’ve got the art supplies covered.
When booking, please select your maximum expected number of attendees so we can reserve the right amount of space for your group.
• Your group will share the studio space unless you've booked for 15 or more participants.
• All attendees must be paying, participating guests.
• No outside instructors, vendors, or performances allowed without prior approval.
• Asbury Park Art Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, deposits will be fully refunded or credited.
• By booking, you agree to follow all studio guidelines and respect our shared creative space.

7+ days in advance: Full refund
4–6 days in advance: 50% refund
Less than 72 hours: Deposit is non-refundable

Had a lovely time here with my partner. I love the concept of the place. We especially appreciated that there were art projects available for a variety of skill levels. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The attached art supply thrift store is very cool too.

I hosted a small get together for my daughter’s tenth birthday and I couldn’t be happier.
The staff was kind, patient and encouraging. They truly made all of the girls feel comfortable and supported, helping them bring their ideas to life.
I especially loved that each child created something completely unique!
We recently held a team-building event at Asbury Park Art Club and had a fantastic experience. The venue has a cool, artsy seaside vibe and aesthetic that sets a creative tone. Our small group of 7 made Découpage Seashells, which is a seasonal project. Karen and her staff were very attentive throughout the process, providing guidance to our group and ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s the perfect space for a small group seeking a unique experience.
What a wonderful little gem in Asbury Park. We made our crafts and had plenty of encouragement from the owner and staff. I highly recommend this place for a fun afternoon with kids (and not so little kids!)
