Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order is processed. Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.
Fragile or Oversized Items:
For especially fragile or large pieces, additional shipping charges may apply. If this is the case, we’ll reach out with details and options before your order is finalized.
Order Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package’s journey.
In-Store Pickup:
Local? Choose “In-Store Pickup” at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready. Pickup is available during regular shop hours.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can help make it right.
