Confessions of a Springsteen fan
Lori’s obsession with Springsteen began in the summer of 1981, when she hid in the bathroom stall of a seaside bar for four hours because she heard that Bruce might show up. That experience kicked off a journey of music, mayhem, and magic that’s lasted for decades. This memoir is a tribute to the joy and connection Bruce has brought to her life and the lives of fellow fans who’ve shared their stories, their memories, and their hearts.
AMAZING!! Beautiful store and very lovely staff. Everyone was so kind and the service was impeccable. The music and the decor all around the store was also such a great touch. Had the best time here!!
Karen was so patient as my partner and I looked over their Art a la carte selection and attentive throughout each step of our creative process. Self directed but with friendly advice employees always ready to offer a hand, extra materials, and answer questions. We were so surprised to find they had only been open for 2 weeks because the whole process went so smoothly. I can't wait to visit Asbury Park again so we can do it again!
A fun new Addition to our area after art cafes became popular in NYC in the last couple years.
The space contains a small shop area featuring clothing and other small trinkets and a separate area for the art studio.
The a la carte art options ranged from around $15 to $35 and from painting to collaging. There’s even a bead bar if you’re making a bracelet. We had a fun time with what we chose!
It’s an expensive outing with more than a couple people, but I will definitely be returning and like supporting local places like this!
Such a gem! The space is beautiful, inspiring and filled with local artwork. They also have an art thrift shop where you can find unique treasures and supplies at great prices. The art cafe is such a creative concept that offers a menu of fun art projects. This place is a true creative hub and a fantastic addition to the neighborhood.
