Start the week by making something together. Little Makers Monday is a special art experience created for children ages 4–7 and their grown-ups.

Create a shimmering tree inspired by the beautiful artwork of Gustav Klimt! Using metallic gold paint pens, colorful papers, and sparkling gems, young artists will design an imaginative tree full of pattern, texture, and shine while learning about one of history’s most celebrated painters.
Step into a world of dots! Inspired by the playful artwork of Yayoi Kusama, artists will create whimsical mushroom illustrations covered in colorful polka dots and bold patterns using paint pens on heavyweight cardstock. This project encourages creativity, repetition, and joyful self-expression.
Discover the magic of printmaking by carving an original design into a Styrofoam printing plate and creating a series of hand-pulled prints. Students can create their own unique imagery or draw inspiration from the iconic Japanese wave print, learning how artists use repetition, texture, and line to produce multiple works of art.
Explore the traditional Japanese art of Gyotaku, or fish printing! Using realistic rubber fish, ink, and paper, students will create beautiful nature-inspired prints while learning about this centuries-old printing technique. Every print is unique and makes a striking piece of artwork to take home.
Such a fun date night. Very helpful and friendly staff. I also bought some prints to bring home. Can't wait to go again soon.
Had a lovely time here with my partner. I love the concept of the place. We especially appreciated that there were art projects available for a variety of skill levels. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The attached art supply thrift store is very cool too.
Had such an amazing time with my daughter!! So many options for us to choose from. Staff are also encouraging and support you at any skill level :-)
I hosted a small get together for my daughter’s tenth birthday and I couldn’t be happier.
The staff was kind, patient and encouraging. They truly made all of the girls feel comfortable and supported, helping them bring their ideas to life.
I especially loved that each child created something completely unique!
We recently held a team-building event at Asbury Park Art Club and had a fantastic experience. The venue has a cool, artsy seaside vibe and aesthetic that sets a creative tone. Our small group of 7 made Découpage Seashells, which is a seasonal project. Karen and her staff were very attentive throughout the process, providing guidance to our group and ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s the perfect space for a small group seeking a unique experience.
What a wonderful little gem in Asbury Park. We made our crafts and had plenty of encouragement from the owner and staff. I highly recommend this place for a fun afternoon with kids (and not so little kids!)
Local art for sale, art thrift shop & an Art cafe! What a fabulous place! Can’t wait to return with my friends to create our own art!
Read what others are saying - or, if you’ve joined us for an art project, event, or just some spontaneous shopping, we’d love to hear from you.
